Beef Bulgogi

    Ingredients 

    • 2 lbs tender beef, such as sirloin, ribeye, or strip steak, thinly sliced into strips
    • 1 Tbsp cooking oil 
    • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
     
    Marinade
     
    • 6 Tbsp soy sauce 
    • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 Tbsp Gochujang
    • 1/2 onion
    • 1/2 red apple
    • 1 tsp minced ginger

    Steps

    1. Blend the marinade ingredients until smooth. 

    2. Place the meat into a bowl, and pour the marinade over the meat. Mix well by massaging the marinade into the meat. Let the meat marinate for at least an hour and no longer than 24 hours.

    3. Preheat a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat . Add cooking oil and meat. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
